STACKED/WEAKENING LOW WILL SLIDE SE TOWARD THE TN VLY TDY. THUS THE
PRECIP FOCUS SHOULD SHIFT BACK TO THE SOUTH.  THE RA WILL LINGER
THIS MORN IN WAPAK WHILE ALONG THE OHIO RVR RA AND TS WILL RETURN
LATER THIS MORN/AFT.  THE LOWS CONT TO FILL HELPING TO BRING AN END
TO THE PRECIP BY MIDNIGHT IN THE SOUTH.

MID LVL DRY PUNCH WORKING IN THIS MRNG WHILE LLVL DRY AIR WILL SINK
SOUTH AS THE LOW EXITS THE AREA TONIGHT. IN NRN ZNS GOING DECREASING
CLOUDS TONIGHT.  MSTR WILL LINGER IN THE SOUTH BUT WITH THE LIFT
GONE...NO PRECIP EXPECTED AFTER TONIGHT.  SRN AREAS SHOULD SEE THE
LLVL DRY AIR WORK IN ON THU.

ENE SFC WINDS ARE NOT AS STRONG AS PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT BUT THEY
SHOULD PICK UP SOME AFTER SR.  WILL GENERALLY GO 10 TO 20.  WENT
CLOSER TO COOLER FAN NUMS FOR TDYS TEMPS DUE TO CLDS/RA BUT STUCK
CLOSE TO FWC FOR THE REST OF THE PDS.
