* FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  WAYNE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA.

* EFFECTIVE UNTIL 720 PM EST (820 PM EDT).

* AT 515 PM EST (615 PM EDT)...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL
WAYNE COUNTY. STORMS SHOW VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT.

* DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN TWO TO FOUR
INCHES SINCE ABOUT 4 PM EST (5 PM EDT). WITH THESE STORMS REMAINING
NEARLY STATIONARY...AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.

FA TO TAKE CARE OF DIURNAL STRONG TO SEVERE TSRA.  OTHERWISE WILL
STICK CLOSE TO FWC AS UPPER LEVEL RIDGE SLOWLY PUSHES OFF TO THE
EAST COAST.  WILL PUT MENTION OF AFTER TSRA BOTH THU AND FRI.  THU
DUE TO WEAK CYCLONIC FLOW OVER FA AND FRI DUE TO INCREASE IN PWS AND
RIDGE EXITING REGION.

WILL KEEP TSRA MENTIONED THROUGH EXTENDED AS TROUGH APPROACHES FROM
THE WEST.
