  HEAVY RAIN FROM JUST EAST OF EAST ARCADIA TO RIEGELWOOD...MOVEMENT
  WAS NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS KELLY AND ATKINSON AS WELL AS PENDERLEA
