NEBRASKA/IOWA WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...WHILE FORMING INTO A STRONG
CLOSED LOW. ASSOCIATED STRONG SFC LOW NEAR RSL AT 19Z WILL ALSO PULL
QUICKLY NEWD INTO S-CNTRL NEBRASKA THIS EVENING...WITH COLD FRONT
OVER WRN KS...SWEEPING EWD AND MERGING WITH DRYLINE NOW DRAPED FROM
LOW ACROSS S-CNTRL KS/CNTRL OK. SHORT TERM CONCERN WILL BE DEALING
WITH SEVERE WX IN CNTRL/S-CNTRL KS EARLY THIS EVENING. WILL CONTINUE
