SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS WILL PUSH EAST
REACHING WESTERN MINNESOTA LATER THIS AFTERNOON. WITH VERY WARM...
MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR IN PLACE AHEAD OF THE FRONT STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
PUSHING INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA.

AREA OF CONCERN...ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS
MORNING WEST OF A LINE FROM PEMBINA TO JAMESTOWN AND FROM THE RED RIVER
VALLEY EAST THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

TIME...ANYTIME TODAY DIMINISHING BY 10 PM CDT...

TYPE OF HAZARD...PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING
