THE RISK AREA EXTENDS FROM HIAWASSEE SOUTH THROUGH METRO ATLANTA AND SOUTHWEST THROUGH TROUP AND HARRIS COUNTIES. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ELSEWHERE OVER NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA TODAY AND TONIGHT. MOIST UNSTABLE AIR ALREADY OVER NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA WILL BE MAINTAINED BY STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS TODAY.
