THE BEST HANDLE ON THE FLOW AND NGM HAS THE BEST 500 MB VORTICITY.
ETA IS A BIT OFF EVERYWHERE.  WILL PROBABLY GO WITH A BLEND OF
AVN/NGM TODAY.  COUPLE OF VORTICITY MAXIMA IN THE AREA - ONE NEAR BAY
AREA AND SECOND OFF CAPE MENDOCINO.  PLENTY OF WRAP AROUND MOISTURE
HEADING TO NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA FROM SISKIYOU COUNTY.  RADAR SHOWS
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS SO WILL UPDATE ZONES TO KEEP SHOWERS AND
CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS GOING THROUGH THE DAY. LOVEGROVE.
