THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...KLEBERG...NUECES...SAN PATRICIO...REFUGIO...
ARANSAS...JIM WELLS...DUVAL...LASALLE...LIVE OAK...BEE...GOLIAD...
VICTORIA...AND CALHOUN...AS WELL AS THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

DUE TO THE APPROACH OF THE DANGEROUS HURRICANE BRET...ATMOSPHERIC
