TRUMBULL COUNTY IN OHIO * UNTIL 600 PM EDT * AT 351 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS OVER TRUMBULL COUNTY THAT HAVE DUMPED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 230 PM. ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED BY 5 PM AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... WEST FARMINGTON WARREN NILES NEWTON FALLS LORDSTOWN HUBBARD CORTLAND EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
