* AT 340 PM EDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EFFINGHAM COUNTY...
  MOVING EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS...TO THE NORTHWEST AND WEST OF EFFINGHAM COUNTY...
  WILL ALSO MOVE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH AND INTO THE AREA THROUGH LATE
  AFTERNOON.

* DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS
  EFFINGHAM COUNTY OVER THE PAST 3 HOURS. AS ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND
