  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...ALLEGANY...CHAUTAUQUA...
  CATTARAUGUS...ERIE...GENESEE...LIVINGSTON...MONROE...
  NIAGARA...ONTARIO...ORLEANS...WAYNE AND WYOMING

* UNTIL 1000 PM EST

* AT 2 PM... SPOTTERS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT
  THAT MANY LOCAL STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE NEAR OR ABOVE BANKFUL.

* RAPID SNOW MELT ACROSS WESTERN NEW YORK HAS RESULTED IN
  SIGNIFICANT RISES IN AREA TRIBUTARIES...ESPECIALLY THE SMALLER

  UNDER WATER AND MAY BE CLOSED.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.
