* AT 830 AM...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A DEVELOPING ICE JAM ALONG THE
CAZENOVIA CREEK NEAR LEYDECKER ROAD IN WEST SENECA. SOME LIMITED
FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN THAT VICINITY.

PERSONS WITH INTERESTS NEAR THE CREEK IN WEST SENECA...ESPECIALLY
BETWEEN TRANSIT ROAD AND UNION ROAD...INCLUDING THE SOUTHGATE
