A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY STRETCHED ACROSS CENTRAL ALABAMA.  LIFTED
INDICES IN THE VICINITY OF THIS BOUNDARY WERE IN THE -6 TO -8 RANGE
WITH CAPE VALUES NEAR 3000 J/KG.

ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALREADY FORMING ALONG THIS
BOUNDARY AND MORE ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL FORM THIS
AFTERNOON...MAINLY IN CENTRAL AND SOUTH ALABAMA AHEAD OF THE DIFFUSE
FRONTAL BOUNDARY.

THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE FROM HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING OF FLOOD PRONE
AND URBANIZED AREAS AND DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOWS. HAIL UP TO 1
INCH IN DIAMETER MAY ALSO OCCUR BUT ONLY WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS
AND IN VERY LOCALIZED AREAS.
