* AT 1017 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A LARGE AREA OF MODERATE RAIN
  MOVING ACROSS PARTS OF RANDOLPH COUNTY.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
 b OF ONE TO ONE...ONE HALF OF AN INCH CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
