THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A...

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JEFFERSON COUNTY... IN CENTRAL ALABAMA.

* UNTIL 935 PM CDT

* AT 733 PM...RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM OVER
  CENTRAL JEFFERSON COUNTY...NEAR THE FAIRFIELD...PLEASANT GROVE AND
  HUEYTOWN AREAS.  RADAR HAS INDICATED THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  OCCURRED OVER THIS AREA DURING THE PAST HOUR.  THE STORM WAS
  GRADUALLY WEAKENING...BUT IS LIKELY TO PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL ONE
  HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN THROUGH 8 PM.  THIS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE
  SOME ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL JEFFERSON
  COUNTY THIS EVENING.
