THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A...

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLEBURNE COUNTY... IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA.

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT.

* AT 710 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE CENTRAL PART OF
  CLEBURNE COUNTY...IN A EAST TO WEST ORIENTED BAND JUST NORTH OF
  INTERSTATE 20.  THESE STORMS WERE REDEVELOPING OVER THE SAME AREAS...
  AND MOVING SLOWLY.  FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN HEFLIN...AND OVER
  SOME OF THE ROADS NEAR EDWARDSVILLE AND FRUITHURST.

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THIS
  AREA THROUGH THE NEXT HOUR TO 90 MINUTES...WHICH WILL CAUSE
  ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING.
