  NORTHWESTERN CHAVES COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO
  CENTRAL AND EASTERN DE BACA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  EASTERN GUADALUPE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 420 AM MDT

* AT 110 AM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL BETWEEN ROSWELL AND
  SANTA ROSA...MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAIN CONTINUE OVER THE WARNING

QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
