DISCUSSION...STORMS DEVELOPING IN MTNS THAT CLEARED FIRST. LUKS LIKE WE HAVE TWO CHANCES OF GETTING PRECIP. FIRST WILL BE WITH STORMS DEVELOPING LOCALLY THIS AFTN. SECOND WILL BE IF COMPLEX DEVELOPS DOWN IN MEX TONIGHT AND MOVES NORTHWARD. POTENTIAL IS ABOUT THE SAME WITH EITHER SCENARIO.
