SOUTHEAST ARIZONA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TUCSON AZ 230 PM MST WED JUN 10 1998 SYNOPSIS...AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH SOUTHEAST ARIZONA THIS EVENING AND PUSH ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS INTO NEW MEXICO. A STRONGER PACIFIC WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE DOWN THE CALIFORNIA COAST THURSDAY AND ACROSS NORTHERN ARIZONA FRIDAY FOR DRY...BREEZY AND CONTINUED COOL WEATHER. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO NEAR NORMAL LEVELS THIS WEEKEND AS HIGHER PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE DESERT SOUTHWEST. DISCUSSION...AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH MOVING ACROSS THE STATE THIS AFTERNOON HAS LED TO ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY EAST OF TUCSON.
