* AT 1043 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  PANAMA. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST
  AT 30 MPH.
