* AT 920 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  POSSIBLE TORNADO 5 MILES WEST OF QUINTON...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
  THIS STORM MAY DEVELOP TO THE SOUTH AND POSE A THREAT OF A TORNADO
  IN EXTREME NORTHERN LATIMER COUNTY.
