* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 1150 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 6 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  MANSFIELD. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES
  EAST AT 30 MPH.

  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD IN THIS SAME
  AREA AT AROUND 1145 PM.
