OKMULGEE COUNTY - NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA * UNTIL 630 PM CDT * AT 540 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 3 MILES WEST OF OKMULGEE. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST AT 10 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM... OKMULGEE MORRIS LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS WILL ALSO ACCOMPANY THIS STORM. MOVE TO A SAFE PLACE IMMEDIATELY THE SAFEST PLACE IN A TORNADO IS BELOW GROUND. IF A BASEMENT OR STORM CELLAR IS NOT AVAILABLE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
