WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE FORMED GENERALLY ACROSS THE
NORTHERN HALF OF THE FORECAST AREA. MEANWHILE THE USUAL ISOLATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE BEGINNING TO DEVELOP AS WELL ACROSS
SOUTHERN SECTIONS. LOOKS LIKE ACTIVITY COULD LAST INTO THE EVENING AS
OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES HELP TRIGGER ADDITIONAL STORMS BUT OVERALL SHOULD
SEE A DIMINISHING TREND AS THE SUN SETS. WILL HAVE A HIGHER CHANCE OF
RAIN MENTIONED IN THE ZONE FORECASTS SINCE THE OFFICIAL PROBABILITY
OF PRECIPITATION DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL 00 UNIVERSAL COORDINATED TIME
AT WHICH TIME BELIEVE COVERAGE SHOULD BE MUCH LESS.

MODELS ARE SUGGESTING THAT SOME MID LEVEL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
COULD DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL AND/OR WESTERN OKLAHOMA LATE TONIGHT. AT
THIS TIME BELIEVE IF THIS OCCURS IT SHOULD STAY WEST OF THE FORECAST
AREA.

BY TOMORROW IT SHOULD BE BACK TO JUST ISOLATED ACTIVITY IN THE HIGHER
TERRAIN IN EASTERN AND SOUTHERN AREAS. ALTHOUGH IF HIGHER MID LEVEL
TEMPERATURES VERIFY ALL AREAS COULD BE DRY.

WILL GO AHEAD AND PUT IN A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
FOR BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS MEDIUM RANGE MODELS ARE IN FAIR
AGREEMENT IN SHOWING A DISTURBANCE MOVING ACROSS THE AREA AS THE
UPPER RIDGE RETREATS TO THE WEST.
