AROUND 930-945 WE RECEIVED TWO REPORTS OF WINDS GUSTING TO BETWEN 50 AND 70 MPH...ONE AROUND CHECOTAH AND ALSO AROUND HENRYETTA. EXPECT THIS IS THE RESULT OF STRONG INSTBY AND ITS INTERACTION WITH THE CIRRUS OUTFLOW FROM THE STORMS TO THE SOUTH. THE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER APPEARS GREATEST ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. SCATTERED STRONG AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS NORTH TEXAS AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA.
