BASIC FORECAST IS IN GOOD SHAPE. MAIN CHANGE WAS TO MENTION SEVERE IN BVO AND TUL... BRINGING ZONES INTO LINE WITH CURRENT THINKING OF HAILERS DEVELOPING WITHIN THE WAA ZONE CRANKING UP OVER CNTRL/ERN OK TONIGHT. 00Z OUN SOUNDING SHOWS STEEP LAPSE RATE ABOVE MOIST LAYER AROUND 800MB. STORMS WILL BE ELEVATED...BUT DECENT INSTABILITY WILL LIKELY ALLOW FOR SOME DECENT HAIL WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. STORM SHOULD INITIATE OVER/NEAR WRN ZONES AROUND MIDNIGHT AND THEN SPREAD EAST.
