IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 419 PM...NWS RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN SEBASTIAN COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. VESTA AND CECIL ARE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS. HAIL TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...
