FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

   ...ROGERS COUNTY
   ...TULSA COUNTY

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORM HAVE PRODUCED AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL
SO FAR TODAY OVER TULSA AND ROGERS COUNTIES. AT 1215 PM...RADAR
CONTINUED TO SHOW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHEAST OVER
THIS SAME AREA. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE. THE RAIN WILL CASUE URBAN FLOODING IN THE TULSA AREA AND
MANY CREEKS IN THE AREA MAY ALSO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS OVER TULSA AND
ROGERS COUNTIES THIS AFTERNOON.


AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD MONITOR FLOOD CONDITIONS... AND BE PREPARED
TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND... SHOULD FLOOD WATERS THREATEN. IF FLASH
FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
WATER BEGINS RISING. NEVER DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS.
