CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 300 PM CDT * AT 1252 PM...RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE AROUND NOON FROM JUST SOUTH OF BERRYVILLE WESTWARD TO A FEW MILES SOUTH OF EURKEA SPRINGS. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN THIS SAME AREA THROUGH 2PM AND MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN. * ROADS SOUTHWEST OUT OF BERRYVILLE MAY BECOME FLOODED...ESPECIALLY ALONG HIGHWAY 221 AND ALONG OTHER ROADS IN AND AROUND THE BERRYVILLE AND EUREKA SPRINGS AREAS.
