  PASCO COUNTY INCLUDING ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS IN WEST CENTRAL
  FLORIDA

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 317 PM...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
  DOPPLER RADAR 3 MILES WEST OF LAND O LAKES. THE TORNADO WAS
  MOVING   NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

A DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED TORNADO MEANS A TORNADO MAY NOT BE
OCCURRING AT THE MOMENT...BUT WILL LIKELY DO SO DURING THE WARNING
