TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

   CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN OHIO                               
   NORTHWESTERN WEST VIRGINIA                      

EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 445 PM UNTIL 1100
PM EDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 50 STATUTE MILES NORTH AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF CINCINNATI OHIO TO 65
MILES EAST OF PARKERSBURG WEST VIRGINIA.

REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR

INTO MOIST UNSTABLE AIR MASS. STORM ENHANCEMENT NEAR COLD
FRONT/OUTFLOW BOUNDARY INTERSECTION WILL RESULT IN IN SUPERCELLS
AND POSSIBLE TORNADOES.

AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 2 INCHES.  EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND
GUSTS TO 70 KNOTS.  A FEW CUMULONIMBI WITH MAXIMUM TOPS TO 500.
