   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     EAST CENTRAL IRON COUNTY IN UTAH
     EXTREME WEST CENTRAL GARFIELD COUNTY IN UTAH

   * UNTIL 400 PM MDT

   * AT 145 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
     RAIN OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL IRON COUNTY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES
     NORTHWEST OF PANGUITCH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MILES PER HOUR.


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
