IN NORTHWESTERN NORTH CAROLINA ...WATAUGA COUNTY AT 1100 PM...RADAR SHOWED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IS MOVING NORTH ACROSS AREAS WHICH RECIEVED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ACROSS THE COUNTY. RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE. RAIN WITH A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.
