IN SOUTHWEST WEST VIRGINIA ...MINGO COUNTY. AT 1220 AM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDDRSTORM JUST NORTH OF BORDERLAND MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
