IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...UPSHUR COUNTY AT 545 PM EDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ADRIAN IN WESTERN UPSHUR COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
