IN SOUTHEAST OHIO ...VINTON COUNTY AT 925 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL VINTON COUNTY NEAR CREOLA.
