BOYD COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY. * UNTIL 320 AM EDT. * AT 245 AM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF ASHLAND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT CATLETTSBURG...
