IN SOUTHEAST OHIO ...ATHENS COUNTY AT 236 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE VINTON AND ATHENS COUNTY LINE...NEAR NEAR NEW MARSHFIELD.
