THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARTER COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY.

* UNTIL 625 PM EDT.

* AT 220 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA.  THE AREA OF HEAVIEST
  RAINFALL WAS LOCATED OVER THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY
  BETWEEN CHARLOTTE FURNACE AND GRAYSON. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO
  THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
