GALLIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OHIO. * UNTIL 820 PM EDT. * AT 615 PM EDT...RADAR SHOWED THAT THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS MOVING EAST OF GALLIA COUNTY. * THE TORRENTIAL RAIN WAS COMING TO AN END ACROSS THE COUNTY... HOWEVER ENOUGH RAIN HAS FALLEN TO PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING OF THE SMALLER STREAMS AND CREEKS.
