THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOYD COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY.
  MASON COUNTY IN WESTERN WEST VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 515 AM EDT.

* AT 1210 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
 MULTIPLE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER THESE COUNTIES AND
 TRAINING NORTHEASTWARD AT 30 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING
 VERY HEAVY RAINS.

* DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 1.25 INCH IN ONE
  HOUR IN BOYD AND MASON COUNTIES.
