FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN EAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...CARTER COUNTY
 
RADAR PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT BETWEEN ONE AND ONE HALF
TO MORE THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN MUCH OF CARTER COUNTY
DURING THE PAST 2 HOURS. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO PUSH SOPUTHEAST ACROSS CARTER COUNTY BETWEEN
3:40 AM AND 6 AM...AND COULD PRODUCE ANOTHERN ONE TO OHE AND ONE
HALF INCHES OF RAIN. THIS WILL LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING ON SOME SMALL
