FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO

THE CONTINUED PERIODS OF RAIN ACROSS MEIGS COUNTY FALLING ON VERY
WET GROUND HAVE CAUSED MANY SMALL STREAMS TO BEGIN TO OVERFLOW THIER
BANKS. THE RAIN HAS BEGUN TO LET UP THE PAST HOUR...BUT RUNOFF WILL
BE ENOUGH TO CASUE FLOODING ALONG MANY SMALL STREAMS FOR THE NEXT FEW
HOURS.
 
SEVERAL STATE ROUTES HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY HIGH WATER. STATE ROUTE 124
IN RUTLAND IS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER ALONG LEADING CREEK. STATE
ROUTD 143 IS BLOCKED...JUST NORTH OF THE JUNCTION WITH STATE ROUTE 124.
STATE ROUTE 681 IS CLOSED BY HIGH WATER IN SNOWVILLE. U S ROUTE 33
IS CLOSED BY HIGH WATER IN BURLINGHAM.
