FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......

IN EAST KENTUCKY

   ...GREENUP COUNTY

AT 10:45 PM...A WEATHER SERVICE COOPERATIVE OBSERVER REPORTED THAT
TYGERTS CREEK NEAR WARNOK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS AND STILL RISING.
CURRENTLY IT IS ONLY IN LOWER FIELDS...BUT AS IT CONTINUES TO RISE...
OTHER FIELDS AND SOME ROADS DOWNSTREAM MAY BECOME BLOCKED.

ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THAT MAY FALL OVER THE REGION OVERNIGHT WILL
KEEP THE CREEK HIGH.  PEOPLE LIVING ALONG TYGARTS CREEK ARE URGED TO
KEEP AN EYE ON WATER LEVELS OVERNIGHT.

THE FLOOD WARNING FOR CARTER COUNTY KENTUCKY AS SENT OUT IN ERROR.
