THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MEIGS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN OHIO.
  NORTHERN KANAWHA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA.
  PLEASANTS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN WEST VIRGINIA.
  ROANE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT.

* AT 1 PM...THE SMALLER STREAMS WERE RECEDING.  HOWEVER...
  COUNTY OFFICIALS STILL REPORT FLOODING ON THE LARGER STREAMS.

* THE POCATALICO RIVER IS RECEDING SLOWLY IN THE WALTON REGION OF
  SOUTHERN ROANE COUNTY.  HOWEVER...THE POCATALICO RIVER STILL RISING
  AT SISSONVILLE.  EVACUATIONS ARE TAKING PLACE ALONG DERRICKS CREEK
  ROAD.  THE POCATALICO RIVER WILL LIKELY CREST THIS EVENING IN
  SISSONVILLE FROM THE RAINS LAST NIGHT.  ANY ADDITIONAL RAINS
  TONIGHT WOULD ALTER THE CREST TIME.  IN NORTHERN ROANE COUNTY....
  REEDY CREEK WAS STILL FLOODING.  THE LOWER REACHES OF THE MIDDLE
  ISLAND CREEK WAS STILL FLOWING ACROSS ROADS AND BRIDGES IN
  PLEASANTS COUNTY.  THE SHADE RIVER IN MEIGS COUNTY OHIO WAS ALSO
  STILL CAUSING WATER PROBLEMS.
