FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA

STEADY RAINS DURING THE EVENING HAVE PUSHED MANY SMALL STREAMS OVER
THEIR BANKS. THE RATE OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH RAPIDLY
THE NEXT HOUR...BUT RUNOFF FROM THE SEVERAL PERIODS OF RAIN DURING THE
DAY AND EVENING WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO OVERFLOW.
 
COUNTY ROUTES 102...161...9 AND 9/1 HAVE BEEN EITHER BLOCKED BY HIGH
WATER OR WATER IS FLOWING ACROSS THESE ROADWAYS DUE TO STREAM
