* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WASHINGTON COUNTY OH IN SOUTHEASTERN OHIO.

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT.

* AT 725 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. DUE TO
  EARLIER HEAVY RAINS...THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. THE MAIN
  THREAT IS IN THE SOUTHWESTERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY.
