  CENTRAL MONO COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 520 PM PDT

* AT 415 PM PDT...WEATHER SPOTTER(S) REPORTED A THUNDERSTORM
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN BRIDGEPORT AND LEE VINING.  THE
  THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* FLASH FLOODING AND MUDSLIDES WERE LEAVING ROCKS ON ROADWAY

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING.  IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.  RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE
