  LASSEN COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 440 PM PDT

* AT 130 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF
  LASSEN COUNTY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHWEST.

* PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL CAUSE MANY
  CREEKS AND STREAM IN THE AREA TO RAPIDLY RISE AND OVERFLOW THEIR
  BANKS.
