* AT 1045 PM EDT... SPOTTERS INDICATED HEAVY RAIN SOUTHEAST OF
  STEDMAN... MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING RAIN IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES PER HOUR IN
AND NEAR STEDMAN... ROSEBORO AND SOUTH OF SALEMBURG IN THE
VICINTY OF HIGHWAY 242 AND 24. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TOWARD
